Meet your hosts

Seth and Emily Britt are the husband-and-wife team behind Box Hop, a portfolio of six award-winning container homes, and The Seventy Five Venue, a modern wedding destination in Ohio. With Seth leading construction and Emily directing design, the pair have built a reputation for transforming unconventional ideas into celebrated spaces.

Their journey began in 2018 with the OG Box Hop, a project that not only launched their brand but also established them as innovators in the short-term rental space. Since then, they’ve expanded into multiple custom-designed properties and a full-scale wedding venue, consistently raising the standard for design-driven hospitality.

In 2024, Seth and Emily completed their first private client container build on an island, gaining valuable expertise in navigating complex construction processes, optimizing supply chains, and developing strategic brand partnerships. This project marked a new chapter, extending their proven model into custom builds for others.

Today, Seth and Emily combine hands-on experience with industry insight to provide a comprehensive framework for taking short-term rental concepts from idea to execution. Their upcoming workshop offers attendees the exact blueprint they’ve used to grow from a single home to a multifaceted hospitality brand.
